Though it is customary for valets to receive tips for services satisfactorily performed, there is no requirement in the system and tipping is at the sole discretion of the client. Tips can be given to valets directly as there is currently no option to leave a tip via the mobile app.
At the conclusion of your valet service, the mobile app will automatically prompt you to provide feedback about your experience. Your feedback is very valuable to us, as it helps us to improve our services for everyone.
If you do not see the rate screen or you accidentally close out of it, you still have the option to rate by going into the app menu, clicking on billing history and selecting recent transactions. This will allow you to rate any jobs that have not been rated.
