The Mobility Cloud Driver app is meant to be used by drivers invited to join a company fleet in Mobility Cloud system.
When someone at your company invites you to join its fleet, they are required to add some personal information like your email address, name, phone number.
We use this information for things like keeping your account secure.

With Mobility Cloud system
We require certain information to provide our services to you.
For example, you must have an account in order to complete movements / deliveries for your company.
Companies using Mobility Cloud system are able to create movement requests based on a pickup and dropoff location.
Once you login to the Mobility Cloud Driver app, we collect the type of device you’re using and your position. Mobility Cloud system needs to know your location (even if your app is in the background) as it will automatically assign a movement based on your current location. This is the reason why, as long as you are logged into the app, your position will be received by the system.
We do not store your position information. The system uses it to smartly and efficiently assign a movement to you minimizing walking distance time.
Also, in the scenario an admin needs to manually coordinate deliveries, knowing your live position is of great help. Lastly Mobility Cloud system uses location reported by Mobility Cloud Driver app to automatically trigger system updates and notifications once a driver has arrived at a particular destination.
Additional information we receive about you
We receive certain information when you use our mobile application.
While IDLE (no movement / delivery currently assigned), your position is tracked but not stored as the system will use it to either assign a movement based on your availability or else giving an admin the option to manually assign it to you.
While driving a vehicle, we use Zendrive to measure your driving quality. Once driving ends, this information is processed and summarized in the form of driving metrics that allow admins to analyze your driving quality.
Even though most of the information Mobility Cloud tracks remains private, driver name and contact number may be shared temporarily with customers to allow direct communication in case it's needed. Example: driver is currently in possession of an owner’s vehicle.
We use your contact information, such as your email address or phone number,to authenticate your account and keep it - and our services - secure. We also use contact information to enable certain account features (for example, for login verification).
We log movement-related information like, your position when a movement was assigned to you, when you arrive at the pickup location, your driving metrics while in possession of a vehicle, your position when arriving at the dropoff location.
We also use this data to improve the system performance.
Any other location we don't log, but display it live in the system.
Once you logout of your account, your position is no longer tracked.
Accessing or rectifying your personal data
As the driver account is a company generated profile, you can always ask your employer to remove your info from the system.
All movement-related positions are stored for as long as the company account remains open.
Driving details remain available for up to 3 months according to Zendrive.
