If you notice damage to your vehicle at your garage please inform the garage attendant immediately and fill-out a garage claim form before exiting the garage. The garage company is responsible for your vehicle and any damage that may occur while in their garage. Once your vehicle exits a garage the garage company assume no further responsibility for any damage. DropCar assumes no responsibility for damages that may have been caused while parked in a garage or moved by a garage attendant.
If you are utilizing a "Car Concierge" service and notice damage to your vehicle please inform the valet immediately. Pictures are taken by the valet prior to pick-up and after drop-off. A DropCar claims manager should be reached immediately at (646) 342-1595 prior to your taking back control of your vehicle so the damage can be verified by the valet at your location. Please note, DropCar assumes no responsibility for damages that were caused while parked in a garage or when moved by a garage attendant.

Note, pictures of the vehicle are taken at multiple points of the valet process, and will be provided to you as well for verification.
