I have arrived on time but my valet has not.

We do our best to service every customer at the time they have been quoted, however, some things are beyond our control (train delays, traffic, weather, etc,). We always do our best to alert you of any delays well in advance to give you time to handle the situation accordingly. You also have the ability to contact your valet directly. Once a valet is assigned to you, you can reach him by pressing the “Contact” button on your app and selecting to either call or text the valet directly.
